  • Terms: Once your package arrives for you, there is a 5-day period to report any damage, breakage or wrong item shipped. In those 5 days, you must contact us via email or phone and report your issue. We will require for tax purposes that you send us 3 photos (JPEG) with your correspondence. Within 2 days, you will hear from us. If you do not report and let 5 days pass from the DELIVERY date, you can not receive a refund.
  • State of return (e.g. unworn.) Are you returning because the item is broken? We must know the state of the item.
  • Reason for return (e.g. damaged or wrong product) Make sure your photos reflect the issue clearly.
  • Process for return (i.e. how to initiate a return, how to contact customer service). If both parties agree to return the item, Gar-Zen Botanical Designs will pay for the shipping. We will email you the return label to your email address. Make sure the email address you give us matches the one on the order. If email addresses do not match, we will not do a return process.
  • Process of refund (i.e. terms of refund, duration, payment details) Once we receive an email or call from you about the product, we will contact you within 2 days. We will review your request and photos. If both parties agree on the return, your return label is sent to you. Shipping is through the USPS and takes between 5-7 days. Once the package is received, and we make sure it is our product as described, we start the refund process. Depending on your credit card company, refunds can take up to 10 days. Check with your banking institution for refund details from third parties.
